Greetings friends, collectors and visitors. Thank you for your interest in fine art, and especially my work. I'm primarily an oil painter of landscapes, architectural and genre scenes, some painted in-studio and others done en plein aire, all painted from life.
I'm one of those who believes that, whether realist or impressionist, if one paints from life, as I do, we become artist-historians and, as such, we assume an obligation to provide an accurate record of our world as it exists during our time. As you browse my web site and the images of my work, which are copyright protected, keep in mind that most of the paintings that are currently displayed here are available for purchase or lease, either as originals or limited edition prints or giclees.
